My passion is holistic health and wellness. My journey to wellness began three years ago when I was faced with a whole host of health issues. Since then, I have spent a lot of time reading, researching, and experimenting with the healing power of foods as well as alternative, integrative, and holistic therapies. I am currently enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Upon completion of the program in July 2009 I will be a Certified Health Counselor.
